Course Objectives
This course aims in establishing principles for change,establishing a culture of innovation,empower agents of change,train employees to prepare them for change,communicate and socialize change, enabling the participants to acquire the knowledge, attitudes and skills for managing the facilitation of change processes that improve the performance of individuals, groups and organizations.
Learning outcomes:
After completing this course the participants will be able to:
- Appreciate the importance of facilitating change processes to enhance individual, group and organizational effectiveness.
- Recognize and respond to the need for positive change at the personal, group and at the organizational level.
- Apply the relevant models or tools for change to plan and implement personal change processes to increase professional effectiveness and success in other key aspects of life.
Work effectively with change agents to plan, facilitate and manage organizational change processes to improve the achievement of organizational mission, goals and objectives.
Promote and sustain learning in organizations.
Target Group
Change agents from civil society organization, ActionAid staff and partner organizations and community facilitators.
